The Michael B. Jordan Trademark Controversy (Interview on Caribbean American Weekly)

I was recently featured on NY’s WVIP 93.5 FM where I gave my opinion about the Michael B. Jordan trademark controversy surrounding his company’s of the term J’Ouvert in association with rum. I had a unique perspective since I am a trademark lawyer, am Caribbean, and speak French and Creole.

I also talked about why I started the Gambit Academy for Lawyers  – so lawyers’ journey to start their own virtual law firm would be easier than mine was.
