Pleased to bring you the very first audio interview in our Entrepreneur Series! In this interview (see below), I chat with Dean Sheremet, a renowned chef, author and television personality who has been involved in the entertainment industry for over 16 years. Fun fact: we met while training at the same Crossfit box.

After a long and successful career as a professional dancer and actor in Los Angeles, Dean decided to pursue his passion for cooking. After graduating from the French Culinary Institute, in 2009, Dean formed his own company (Food Envy, LLC) and has been making rounds as a chef ever since. He is the author of a cookbook and was also recently featured on two TV shows, Fox’s My Kitchen Rules and Terry Crews Saves Christmas.

In this interview, we explore Dean’s entrepreneurial journey from the legal perspective. Along the way, we cover topics ranging from the value of having an entity (ex. LLC) to the reasons Dean decided to become a chef.

For more info about Dean, visit his website or other social media pages. If you have any questions about the legal issues surrounding entrepreneurship, contact Jean-Louis Law, P.C. here.
